At some point or another each soul lifts it's head and sees more than it ever has, wonders more, yearns for more and is willing to do more to find a way to live in alignment with the song within.
On Inspirations you will find a variety of guests, tools, ideas and music all offered in support of your deepest truth. We will invoke and explore experiences of peace, joy, trust, love and forgiveness, contemplating and comforting our humanity whilst feeling our divinity. We will talk, laugh, breath and feel our way into greater In-Spiration, embodying our own unique selves and all our gifts.

Lasare is a Spiritual adventurer! From the darkest depths of Motspur Park, to the heights of Mount Shasta, now sunny Somerset, Lasare has travelled by the beat of her heart, dodging muggles, juggling fire, heaving nappies and chanting anything that brought a sense of joy. La, la LA!
Her journey has led to numerous trainings both here and in LA, becoming a rebirther, movement therapist, spiritual life coach and sometime cartwheeler. So far, so good, now with two babies in two years, Lasare is learning just how much more there is to learn.
The days spent meditating on Californian beaches seem oh so far away and her show Inspirations arises from her fascination with the sense of awakening and how we can ride it amidst the full variety of life's experiences. She has now started the adopt-a-muggle society and can be found whispering, we are all one, we are all one whenever she forgets!
Through finding an amazing selection of guests, Lasare offers awe to the DIvine for the range of gifts we arrive with in our hard drives. She encourages each one of us to trust the ride toward living our truth....
